Corvin's In Town Moving

This company moved me twice. The first two times were fine. They broke a small inexpensive desk and offered to pay for it immediately. I declined…it was an accident and under warranty so no big deal. They took their sweet time and ran up over 1700 I was super shocked…they literally only moved me down the road. I was grateful not to have to lift anything and it was a worry free move. I just called for an estimate…their prices doubled!!! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Then he told me it could take TWO DAYS! I felt he was trying to milk me on the $409 an hour. Nope!!! Not to mention he wanted an appointment to see my stuff? Never heard of that. I explained what items I have to move. The customer service reviews are right. They have to call you back…it’s just a no. The service in the past was ok but going from $175 an hour to $409 in a few years…there’s cheaper service providers available.

Corvin's Intown Moving was recommended when I had to move my 95 yo aunt from an assisted living facility into a nearby nursing home. Corvin's Moving is the 1st moving company that I have ever given an exceptional rating, and I highly recommend others to use and will definitely use again for my moving needs. The person I spoke with when I first called them was friendly, efficient & patiently answered all my questions. She explained I would receive a call from the movers the day of when they were on their way & I did. Carl Corvin & Alex were on time, friendly, respectful, carefully moved the boxes & furniture like greased lightening and unpacked my aunt's things at Corvin's temperature controlled storage the same way. Carl Corvin's knowledge of the best way to pack, move, & store your precious items is phenomenal. Carl & Alex removed so much stress that is always associated with moving. Thank you.

Having never used Corvins before we find their customer service exceptional. They were patient and answered all of our questions, showed us the type of fabric that we weren't sure about, and held our loveseat until we could make a place for it in our home. The delivery was also exceptional. Thank you Trevor and Josh for for all that you did to make it enjoyable. We highly recommend Corvins Furniture.

Outstanding service!!! We are a military couple that has moved close to a dozen times through the years and had movers across all sides of the spectrum (good, bad and ugly) but Corvin was by far the best moving experience we ever had. Movers showed up promptly, were cordial and always informed us on what they were doing. They carefully took everything apart, taking excellent care of parts management. They meticulously wrapped everything to prevent scratches and were incredibly fast. At the new house, they were just as efficient as they unpacked furniture and put everything back together. Mr. Corvin himself was exceptionally helpful and answered all questions promptly. The crew we had was amazing (led by Levi). They also provide a dumpster service where it’s dropped in front of your house and picked up 7 days later, which is incredibly helpful when getting rid of old items. If you are looking to move in the Hardin county area, don’t think twice about choosing Corvin, they won’t disappoint!
