Jake and Tyler did an amazing job with my move. They were very professional and efficient. Jake was great with quick responses and communication. They provided upfront pricing information and handled all of my belongings with excellent care. Their cost was much more reasonable than a quote I received from another local company. We used Country Roads Moving to move my mom from an apartment in the assisted living area to a studio ( bed and bath only)in memory care in the same facility.. The crew arrived in a timely manner and worked continuously…there was a glitch in where some bathroom items ended up, as there were three different locations ( primarily my mom’s room -for bedroom and bathroom items, my son’s truck- for kitchen items and my sister’s house- for one hope chest) However, owners took care of the situation to my satisfaction and I was pleased with their services..
