Eric and his team did a fantastic job moving my 2 bedroom from Philadelphia to Boston. I would recommend them for any move!

This was the worse experience ever . The movers will never touch a single item of mine they were very rude across the board up to the supervisor. Talks to you like a child and acts as if you are incompetent. FRAUDS will try to charge you without your consent. Never give them your card information before they do anything. They did not answer the line when I called the message said no longer in service. I called to make a complaint and change and the supervisor said he would charge my card anyway. I recommend that Nobody ever use this place for moving services . Very unprofessional misleading and rude. I would give them 0 stars. F--

When I called to make a complaint the supervisor said 'what do you want me to do kill him ' . I recommend that nobody use this place for moving services . Very unprofessional .

Countrywide Moving and Storage moved us into our new house. First let me say that when I called around to get prices from various movers, they were the only ones who actually spent the time to come out and see what was involved. They were nothing short of complete professionals. During the process prior to the move, Kerry kept us in the loop with scheduling since we were moving over a two day period. They even dropped of boxes to hang our clothes in a week before the move. On the day of our move out, they showed on time as promised. Before they moved anything out of our house, they did a walk through with the entire crew and mapped out how they were going to move each room. Everything was carefully wrapped or disassembled. They completed the move out in less time that estimated.

The next day they showed up at our new house on time. They moved our belongings in in a very careful way. Nothing was broken and no walls or woodwork was marred. We had one piece of furniture that we originally had thought we would put in our loft. When it came time to get it there, we found out that it was a very tight fit so we asked them to just put the piece in our garage and we would figure out later where we wanted to put it. After we finished unpacking the wardrobe boxed, Jacob came back to pick them up. He asked us how everything went and we told him about our decision to not put the piece in the loft. He said that the team had told him about that and then he said he would like another shot an moving it. Wow! he then showed up a day later with another crew and moved it exactly where we had decided to put it since it would not fit in the loft. They did not have to come back and do that as they had finished the job as we contracted with them.

I would absolutely use Countrywide again. Moving is a very stressful time and the move was something that we did not have to worry about at all. The whole team was nothing short of complete professionals.
