NO just NO save yourself the stress and choose someone else, this is how they transported my brand new mattress. Terrible dishonest company that brokers to an even worse trucking company!

I would not even know where to begin with my numerous complaints about this absurd scam of an alleged company. Wire fraud will be the first I’ll state and be pursuing. I agree with all reviews I read. Salesmen, or, “ brokers,” as they call themselves seal the deal then leave you literally STRANDED!! They apparently are a subsidiary of Star Lite movers who have moved the majority of the contents into my driveway, demolished them a left them in the rain and snow. Now they’re nowhere to be found and Elizabeth at Star Lite claims that because it was raining when the movers decided not to move my furniture and belongings and throw them all over my driveway and that of my neighbors, and I responded to put the boxes back in my house and not leave them in the rain and snow, that that means I completed my move and she has no more work to do now after I just wired Star lite in excess of 10k! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPLANY AND IF YOU DO, IMMEDIATELY REPORT THEM TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE AND SHERIFF DEPARTMENTS. Don’t even bother with bbb-no way would they have that credentials! If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING, it’d STILL BE TOO HIGH!!!

This company is the biggest scam that I ever encountered. First they are not who they say they are. The sale person Haley and her boss misrepresented the company as a moving company, they are not. They are brokers that sale your move to the best offer. They quoted me $3,800 for the move in order to beat a price from another vendor I had. The QA department, Joe is a real joke, it is just a waste of your time and will agree for you to do anything on your move and was very difficult to understand what his job is all about (just a part of the scheme). Anyway when the movers came they were not from Countrywide but a private mover (Atlas) They loaded the truck completely and when finished the supervisor driver told me that the cost would now be $10k, because of the bad estimate. At this point I had no choice but to agree since they had all my stuff in their truck. Buyer beware, do your homework on the company before you commit. Go directly to a private mover yourself. Countrywide is a huge scam and if you complain they will they sent you to a customer care that does nothing for you. They refused to refund my deposit to them which was a third of the initial quote. Again, this is money wasted because the movers don't see it. Live and learn, but I am a shame to live in a country that allows people like Countrywide to exist.

This company took $10826 from me as a 'deposit', and when I got suspicious of the company for taking such a large deposit, not disclosing they were a broker not a mover, and they were sending some other company I had never heard of to actually do the move. I told them I did not want their service and asked for a refund. They refused to return any of they money even though they did absolutely no work for me. When I protested they put me in touch with a lady who was higher up in the company and she said they would have a 'meeting' about the refund. After the 'meeting' they agreed to give me a 'credit' for the amount of my deposit for use in a future move within 12 months. They obviously know I do not want to use them, nor will I be moving again in 12 months. This company is a total scam artist, rip off company. Stay far away from them. Never call their number.

Do not use this company! They will lowball you on a quote and have you confirm a hefty deposit. Then they call you after the three day window to return your deposit & quote you double if not more. I tried canceling and they are only offering credit. I don't trust this company with my stuff after this, no way! BAIT & SWITCH, BUYER BEWARE!
