It’s the worst transportation company ever. So Helpless. I would never recommend using this company.
For a partial relief of household-goods, they expect you to know all your item numbers because it’s too hard for them to pull out your items and give you back what you requesting, even tho, the boxes are marked.

Nice crew, poor communication

They put my dressers on their ends and dented every corner/edge. Same with my couches and dragged them on concrete tearing every corner.

Zero stars actually. They no showed the first day. The second day (they promised to show up with a full crew and 'focus on our move') they showed with 3 guys and then left one guy and took the truck. They worked until 1140pm (my husband slept on a couch because beds and blankets were already packed, while I took two over tired kids to temporary lodging).
Third day, they had two guys working, no truck to be found to load into. They said thy would be done by three, and then told my husband 9pm. When we had our walkthrough with them they said 8-5pm. This was by far the absolute worst military move we've ever encountered. I shutter to think what we'll find on the other end of all this.

UPDATE: we had 15,000k worth of damage. The unloading moving company said they had never seen such carelessness. Everything was broken... picture frames with glass- thrown on top of hard objects with no wrapping at all. An entire book shelf wrapped up WITH THE BOOKS ANS NICK NACKS INSIDE IT (it obviously fell apart when they unwrapped it). Precious, irreplaceable things were ruined. My grandmothers chairs she had given me had the arms snapped off. It was heartbreaking.

This was the worst move I have experienced in my 20+ years of traveling around the world. The pack out was unsatisfactory as I am continuing to discover that items that I specifically had for each room have been scattered about. These guys need to be held accountable and I would not recommend them to move anyone down the street let alone state to state.
