Prompt, honest, trustworthy, and a very good price. Pickup and delivery were all on time and all the employees treated us with respect. I would definitely recommend this company!

If you need a portable container for moving or storage, give Charles at COWs of Sanford a call. They have the best price compared to the other companies that I called and their service was great. Be sure to give them at least 3 days notice before you need the container to be dropped off or picked up so that they can get you on the schedule. I didn't have any issues with them missing a drop off or pick up date.

The COW container is very sturdy with a steel frame and hardwood floors. The container seemed to be very weather tight with caulked seams and gaskets on the doors. There is a louvered vent near the front that has a screen over it. There are steel 'D' rings welded to the frame on the inside to tie down your stuff (you must provide your own straps).

There was an issue with the final delivery of the container that I rented and Charles called me immediately to inform me of the situation. In order to get the container to me at that time he would need to hire a tow truck at an additional cost and I approved. The actual cost of the tow tuck ended up being more than what Charles told me over the phone but he only charged me the amount that we spoke about and he covered the rest of the towing charge. I couldn't believe it! THAT is customer service!!! Charles took the issues in stride as well, being real about the fact that most of the rentals go smoothly and he has to expect that some won't and that's just part of doing business. I appreciate that kind of straight forward attitude.

The great service and a price that was a better value than the other companies is more than enough reason to use COWs of Sanford but if you need more, just look at their containers! They have a cow on them! They are so much more fun to look at than the other boring containers that are out there!

Best service, best product, and best price. Can't get better than that.
