Just toke the money and disappear

I would not recommend using this service to anyone. There’s very little to no communication at all, it’s been two months that my home was supposed to be moved. He contacts the sellers of the home more than he contacts me, the person who bought the home and paid half up front to move the house. I don’t just have 2 grand, let alone 4 grand which is the total cost, just sitting around. I could have had it moved and been working on it months ago. Instead it’s excuse after excuse, deadlines pushed back, and it’s costing me time and money. I’m at risk of my home being moved off by the new buyer of the land it’s on because he’s refused to move it. Don’t use his services ever, because it literally will not get done.

Will not refund the deposit despite not doing the job. Dodges calls and we will likely have to take him to court to get the money back.

Don't understand the negative reviews! Did an excellent job moving my 100 yr old house 14 miles. They were very thorough and expert job. yes, little hard to get ahold of, but you will reap a professional house move. I'm very pleased! Dr. Allan Kircher
