Crawford's Moving & Delivery

Mr. Crawford moved a piano that I sold and imho, you won't find a more conscientious mover! They did SUCH a great job securing the piano - good equipment, strong backs knowledge & experience - can't beat it! ?

What a worthless company, talked to the owner 8 times about the day we needed to move and he said he would be there, never could remember the day we set and had excuses about his truck being broke, ect... then the day of he does not even show up. Call them and he says oh wow and i can hear him flipping through the pages not able to find my appointment. LEARN HOW TO DO BUSINESS!!!

When one schedules a moving service a month in advance- you expect for them to show up.

Unfortunately my family learned a very interesting life lesson.

They confirmed the night before they would be at our home by 9am ready to move our furniture. That next morning they were a no show (phone calls & text messages for 3 days now) we still have not heard anything back.....

Really gross to do that to a family depending on the services your company was hired not only a month in advance to do ; but followed up with confirming the apt the night before at 8pm.

Do better, you guys should really do better!

Watching my basically disabled husband and father in law move our whole house in 2-3 days because of this is disgusting.

At least have the decency to tell customers you will not be there; instead of confirming the night be4 and not showing up, answering calls,text, emails, etc.

I have never done anything like this, but the effect and hardship this company caused my family was FAR TOO GREAT not to post!
