Kimberly Ammon was an amazing representative for your company. I was in the service business for many years and I would hire her in a minute.
She was personable, friendly, patient and made sure I understood everything. She is a great example of outstanding service .

Also, Janice and Kimberly both provided some amazing customer satisfaction and service recovery today after a small snafu from last night. They both were wonderful!! Listened to my situation, apologized and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would hire both of these people for a company I was running.

Rented a storage unit. James was very helpful and took his time showing me several different units to make sure I found just the right one that I needed. He also explained all the rules, insurance policy, etc., in great detail and answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend James!
