Cross Road Storage and everyone I dealt with there, Christine, Kathy, and Brandon, were hugely helpful when I had to take over the storage unit account from a prior owner and, later, had to have a car picked up from the unit. They gave me the facts I needed, they were easily available when I had questions, took care of the details professionally, and they were very, very pleasant to deal with. It is so refreshing to deal with pleasant, uber-capable, and helpful people.

Great clean storage spaces! I moved cross country and stored my belongings here for 6 months while I settled in. I had an outside unit, not climate controlled and it was very clean, no critters, or debris, no snow/sleek in front of the unit either since I had my unit during the winter months. If I ever need storage again, I would book with crossroad storage again.

The people are friendly and accommodating, the storage room is spacious and clean. They provide a truck to help you move your things.
