Would not recommend this company. Movers took forever to move our stuff, ordered pizza and sat and ate it on our time. When I told the owner, of course she said she never had this problem with her movers, I felt like she was calling me a liar, then joked that they probably used her credit card. Still waiting for someone to come look at damage movers did, its been almost 7 weeks. Every time I call, which has been about 10 times, to find out when someone is coming, to assess the damage, excuses are made and never return my call. I am so not happy with this whole situation. Unprofessional and could careless about this whole situation.

Crossroads Movers cut the stress of moving in half. They were very polite and helpful on the phone and arrived promptly the next morning. The movers were very pleasant to chat with and were very respectful of my property and of my house. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but If I do they will be the first call I make.

Their prices for the packaging beat everyone and they are so helpful in instructing you which boxes work best for your moving needs. Thank you so much!!!

Do not use this company. Worst service ever and dishonest. I received a quote for $400 in Port Lavaca. When they quote me, they told me for Port Lavaca additional $30 will charged and I understand. Then, I asked my friend who lived in Victoria. He told me he get the quote for just $250. So there is at least $120 difference. When I call back to ask the reason, they are very rude and told me that is the price. They don't care their business and like other comments mentioned, once you have any argument with this company, you will anticipate a worst ending.
