The men were professional, respectful and worked non stop, in the heat, until they got 2 trucks unloaded. They were careful with our furniture and the hundreds of boxes they had to move. If we ever have to move again I will call Susan, who was also professional, helpful and accommodating to our timeline. I have moved over 25 times and Crossroads Movers was the best moving company I have ever used.

If there was an option for zero stars they would get zero. Susan from the office is unprofessional and does not set proper expectations. I just moved out of a 1500 sqft house where everything was packed and ready to go. Our house is on stilts and I know climbing stairs takes longer but it took 3 guys, myself and another person 6 hours to move stuff to storage. I did ask them to take a few potted plants, bbq pit, grill and a few other items to another location a mile up the road (no stairs here). No appliances were moved just typical furniture and boxes. My bill was almost $1200 after arguing I got it down to $945 but that is still outrageous. On our phone call she said I told you it would take 6 to 8 hours for this job...She did not...I would not have agreed to this and I can promise you my husband wouldn't have either. My $945 paid for smoke breaks, lots of phone breaks and chatting with ones girlfriend and at times I would go downstairs and find one sitting in the moving truck or only one person working. I will NEVER do this again. Hire professionals that treat you with respect and work for your business.

Very satisfied. Guys were professional and courteous. Arrived early and didn't stop working til they were finished. Highly recommend this company

Loudest movers in the world .... have to respect for the other tenants in the apartment complex. ... dragged the empty dollies up the stirs banging them all the way up and down the stairs and stomp like a bunch of elephants, this is the second day time they have woke me up out of my sleep on my day off
