These guys were personable and professional. They went above and beyond to make my move as stress-free as possible. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again.

UPDATE: Below is my original review but this is an important update. The company eventually called me directly to hear more about my experience; they are attempting to make good on mistakes of the past, which frankly I have to admire. I have a lot of respect for a company that calls me personally, listens to my concerns, most importantly tells me ways in which they are going to prevent those mistakes in future -- and on top of that then also write me a hand written note with a thoughtful message and a nominal check for my trouble.
I specifically told them I would not change my review so I am replicating it below -- but that is the extent to which they are trying to make good on mistakes which is way more than I've experienced from other business dealings in a long time. I would definitely use them again and may be doing so as early as later this year.
In an era of customer service going down the drain, this was impressive. I want small businesses trying to improve to succeed, so good luck guys.

The first time I used these guys for a smaller job they were great and at least 2 of the 3 guys worked really hard, with the 3rd working pretty hard. So I used them again for a larger move. Horrible. Nice enough guys, if not total bozos with three major issues: 1. I had to pay for a 3-man crew and the 3rd guy this time did next to nothing ... so for 9 hours I paid for 3 guys when 2 did almost everything 2. They took a huge chunk out of a valuable wood table without telling me about it, and as the table was covered with other boxes, I didn't see it until they left. There is no way they missed it since it was a huge 6-inch chunk. Instead of calling me back like a man, Matt, the owner, disappeared and ignored my polite correspondence. 3. They said they were experienced moving pianos ... it was like watching the 3 stooges. Absolutely brutal experience.
