Crossroads Self Storage

Very helpful from start to finish. Casa Grande is growing fast. Every storage facility is full. Had to go on a waiting list months in advance.

They called us when the size we needed came available. Friendly, courteous phone service. We had a large truck. Lisa offered to drive us to our unit. (She also drives a school bus.)

After unloading, a few items wouldn't fit. They offered to help us with those. Doug offered to help us drive the (long) truck out. (He used to drive tanks in the army.)

Would we recommend them to others? Definitely!

Couldn't get ahold of anyone on phone or in person waited over a hour.

I love Crossroads U-haul! Excellent service and courteous staff!
