Crown Relocations - International Movers in New Jersey

Don't ever do business with this company. Besides their rate being one of the most expensive ones out there, they have no respect for their clients.

My move was supposed to leave Berlin and arrive on the Baltimore port. It left in April, after the bridge accident in Baltimore and only after the ship left the port, they decided to inform me that I need to pay an extra 3.350 USD for the ship having to diverge to a different port.

Although this being an opertional risk of the company, they insist in having me pay for this and threatened not delivering my things in time.

Most terrible customer experience I ever had. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had an amazing experience with Crown, they answered really quickly to my request and they were available to answer all of my questions.

Although my family and plenty of our friends have used this company in Asia and Europe with no issues, sadly they are no longer of the high quality I remember them to be. I literally had to chase them with phone calls and emails to get a quote. Finally got a mediocre one that had no details and did not address the information I gave them. When I demanded to speak to a manager, Gabriella gave me a call as Alex but when I told her I'm waiting for a manager named Gabriella she hung up and called me back again as gabriella! IThat behavior was extremely childish, unprofessional and very shady
If you're on the east coast in the United States definitely stay away. They lost the reputation they once had a long ago !!
