Review:
Had a very small move in Feb 2025. I emailed them multiple times to confirm that I was estimating the correct amount only to be charged an additional $110 at the end. Movers were very nice, but definitely not the fastest I've had. Seemed like they were purposely going slowly to jack up the cost. What really upset me is they charged over $100 for THEM traveling TO me. When I asked if the travel cost was between my apartments I was told yes only to be told at the end I owed an hour extra for them traveling to me. Never heard of something like that before so clearly I will not be using them again. I don't get paid to travel from my home to work, why would that be a factor in any cost? All in all, be prepared for some hidden cost.
