CubeSmart Self Storage

I rented a 10x10 a month before I needed it. I was told that my unit would be held until I was ready to move in, but was charged immediately, even though the third party site I reserved it on said I would not be charged until I was ready for the unit. So three weeks go by, they call and ask me if I still want the unit. I explain the situation, and they express that I need to go down and put the lock on my unit. So I take a special trip.

I open the unit, and it is a 5x8. They were accommodating in changing me to the correct size unit, but raised my rent even though they said they would not.

Standard corporate service...

Update: Cubesmart replied to the Google review I left, offering for me to reach out via email so they could better serve. Well, I did and now its several weeks later and no response. They talk a good game, but do not deliver... repeatedly.

It was clean and organized unit was perfect for what I needed

Easy to get started. I interacted with Des. Great employee. He took time to answer questions and walk me to my unit. Thanks again for your help Des!!
