CubeSmart Self Storage

This storage facility has ridiculous practices. When I called the number for customer service I was told that they had no concrete information on pricing! I went into the local office and they said it was company policy to only provide promotional pricing. After 30 or 60 days (this was unknown as well) the price will increase significantly. I asked what the increase will be and was told no one knows!this unit is for business purposes so I said I wasn't interested in promotions. Please provide the 'actual' monthly cost. I was told that wasn't possible, and no one can tell me what the regular monthly cost would be. To sum things up, this has been a poor experience all around.

Five stars for Liz & Beth at Gardner location. They deserve a Raise! Very happy with storage units, convenience. NOT Happy with FREQUENT rental Increases!!!

Facility is very clean and very secure.
