The on-site office manager, Cory, was exceptional. I called late on a Saturday, right before closing. I had some things that I needed to put in storage. Cory was able to walk me through the online process and get my unit ready for me so that I could get into the unit that night. Such a relief and I commend him for his great service!

I spoke with Corey at the Leominster location. He was beyond helpful in choosing the right unit for my needs. Then circumstances changed and I had to cancel the unit. He was supportive and understanding, canceled the agreement and sent an email the same day.

Corey at the front desk was extremely helpful! I walked in 10 minutes before closing time and he was willing and happy to help. Excellent customer service! This is my second time using CubeSmart in Leominster and I highly recommend it!
