The manager Nicole is not a nice person. I had a simple question about a unit and was rudely talked to l. I happily went down the street to extra space storage and got a unit from a friendly gentleman. She has made it that I will never rent from cube smart no matter the location.

I was screamed at by the lady who works there for asking a question. I was never talked to so rudely. I will never go back there. She is crazy, I'm in the process of trying to report her to a district manager or someone in charge.

Exceptional service plus easy to get setup. Love the access gates and ramps. This makes unloading extremely fast.
