In the past I have used them and the process was simple. However mice feces was allover my stuff. I know better this time to wrap things and use thick plastic bins. And their location is extremely convenient for me. This time I arrived after booking a unit (weeks in advance) and someone elses lock was on my unit when just two days ago I spoke with staff on the phone confirming my rental and multiple confirmations via email and text. The issue this time completely up-ended my moving process. I had hired a truck and labor for loading. I was told I could move in even if no staff was there. They are also unstaffed Sunday and Monday. Not sure when I will get ahold of them or when they will call me back.

The customer rep. that I spoke to was professional, very helpful and patient with answering all my questions. Also, the manager, Joe, at Millis location was also excellent. He was professional, friendly, patient and very helpful.

Had a friendly and fast experience here the manager Joe really considerate and respectful definitely come here if you want a nice deal for a conditioned unit!

great communication, very clean and well-maintained property and units. Great customer service from the manager! Even if you can't get a hold of him immediately, he always returns a voicemail or email.
