Update: Email sent to help center on 7/26; waiting for reply
Check your billing. We signed up for the online rate with a 5% off promotion and they billed us at the regular rate. We reached out and they only partially adjusted our bill so we are still awaiting resolution for the remaining billing issue. Thank goodness we kept the receipt from the online rate because they do not keep track of that in their system. The people at the office are unaware of the online promotions that the company posts.
