I transferred my unit to a larger one and Jenn made the progress quick and easy. She is very pleasant and friendly to deal.

Very concerning experience. I came in ready with debit card in hand ready to store my stuff for 3 years! Too bad the store manager Jenn was knodding off, slurring words, and visibly intoxicated. I do not trust my belongings in her hands if that’s who the company is hiring. Extra storage space got my business instead. Do better and hire quality people. Very concerned she even has a job. I’ve even heard her discourage people from choosing their storage space because of break ins and mice. Horrible for business. I feel bad for the owner. But hey standards start from the top so maybe I don’t feel bad….

I’m not sure how prices can change at any time .
