CubeSmart Self Storage

I've had that unit for at least 14 years. I never had a single concern about the security of the facility. Clean, accessible, well kept, secure. Staff was always wonderful. It was just time to purge that stuff I'd held onto for too long.

Jen is wonderful, explained and gave me a wonderful tour. I felt confident in protecting my items. She also gave great tips on how to load my items in and out.

Just be aware of the times, you would be able to leave the facilities after 10pm unless you give a call to there 1800 number. Actually had that happen to me and was able to get out no problem but could imagine it being a hassle if your can’t get in touch with anyone

Horrible customer service, the manager, she is a blonde omg she is a totally disrespectful person and I could say violent when speaking. My family and I had these stores for more than 7 years and although the prices went up and up we still kept it because it was a good place but after experiencing this mistreatment from this woman we decided to go to another store location that is nearby. I really don't recommend this place to anyone who is Hispanic.
