Realistic review here :

3.5 yrs of keeping my wife’s furniture and storage bins in this supposedly climate controlled facility has finally come to a end .

If you like rats, mice , feces , strung out drug addicts lingering , non existing AC in summer and a 50 degree reading indoors in winter — THIS IS YOUR PLACE .

Rate increases with out justification.

Every 6 -9 months . Speaking with the manager of the month - is a waste of time over this time frame of 3.5 yrs.

Not once were we given adequate notice to why there was an increase in rates . Just because . Capitalism and greed .

If you have little regard for your safety while managers do nothing as we had voiced concerns many times over the years, this is your place.
Show up after dark and see people lingering , syringes outside the gate were found at one visit .
Not joking . Wife refused to go there at night to retrieve items . Par for the course apparently .

Even a visit during day time
Hours with addicts shooting up while my wife and daughter went in to try and retrieve items-
This was 1.5 yrs ago - we complained .
My wife left that day.
It’s not a place to be period .

Why did we stay ? Circumstances dictated we keep everything in one spot .
Should have spent the $850 to move her stuff sooner .
In hindsight sight we should have just moved.
Don’t make the mistake we did and leave your stuff here .

Our dresser was trashed with furniture pads chewed with pee stains and droppings .

So when the CUBE owner reply comes on here to mitigate a poor review and directs me to the manager of the month, spare me the lip service - you fail to provide a good service for your customers . Period.

It’s a crap hole old factory building converted to storage . End of story .

If you want your stuff to stay vermin free , climate controlled - go elsewhere

We decided to reduce our storage space. Staff came to observe and evaluate to make sure it would work and found a smaller space 30 ft away. We were later called to remind us that out billing cycle in one week. We moved and received a per-diem refund for the old space. It was a very positive experience.
