Your representative, Jordon was very cordial and efficient. However, I'm not sure I fully understand all of your rules and policies and the possibility of rate increases.

Personnel are great. Facility is acceptably clean but lighting on floor 3 remains poor and it is clear that water intrusion remains a problem. Between that and the smell of mildew, its no wonder the place is only half full.
