Facility has very small amount of security and then in terms of contract state they are not liable even if you provide insurance. My ATV (quad) was stolen within 8 hrs from when i first placed it in the storage unit On my first day there and I feel management is totally responsible for this theft. They also were not cooperative with police and would not show they video of the 2 thieves riding off with the ATV. The police and i reviewed the video after a court order request to view. the thieves rode out an unsecured gate because they ALREADY KNEW you did not need a code to get out just as they ALREADY KNEW what unit to break into I later discovered a hole cut in fence and people hiding in unlocked units not rented. Whole place is sketchy!
