My monthly fee doubled in 7 years from $166 to $330. What product doubles in price in 7 years?? My items were covered in dirt.

I Should Have Known When I Saw The RAT/RODENT TRAPS Attached to the End of Every Building, that this is a facility that HAS SERIOUS RAT PROBLEMS! I Stored My Treasured possessions at the onset of COVID to care for my grandsons in another state during this Pandemic. I DEEPLY REGRET the Decision to Use THIS Facility!!!!
I RECEIVED A LETTER stating that the Thousands of $$$$$ I spent to PROTECT my Possessions WAS WASTED since the Insurance that I Paid For ONLY COVERS:
SONIC BOOMS and Other RIDICULOUS CALAMITIES that Would NEVER OCCUR!!! This IS FRAUD and I WILL CONTINUE TO PURSUE MY LEGITIMATE CLAIM of KNOWINGLY Allowing RATS/RODENTS to RUIN MY FAMILY’S POSSESSIONS!!!

CubeSmart helped me get storage FAST (in less than 24 hours). The staff was courteous and helpful from their initial inquiry follow up to getting us checked in. The facility is easy to reach, VERY secure and clean as a whistle. They even had a lock waiting for me, in case I’d forgotten to bring my own!

three rent rate hikes in 2 years from $185 to $235 to $370!!
Despicable business practice.
