Very clean space and Joe was exceptional

This is our first time renting a storage space so we really didn’t know what to expect. We reviewed the website which was very straight forward and contained lots of information. We decided to rent the space and completed the application online with ease. On our first visit we were pleasantly greeted by the Manager, Joe. Joe could not have been more helpful showing us around and taking us to our space personally. 6 stars for Joe. We highly recommend this facility.

Signed up online, delivered our stuff to the unit same day. New, very clean facility. Friendly, professional Staff too. Carts available free to use in each loading dock area. Very secure and climate controlled. Location is only 4 minutes off the highway. Convenient and very reasonable monthly rent.

Good service but they jacked up the price by 20% over six month span

It was a good service but they increased substantially their prices from six months ago. It went up over 20% my price in December so I switched to a cheaper and good quality storage facility in Lincoln, RI. It's called Storage America and their good price and customer service is what attracted me to this new company
