The location located 602 mineral spring ave Pawtucket I visit them today, the district manager Becca greeted me and had good communication from the moment, I walked in and walked out the facility. She then introduce me to the general manager Joe of the location the best way possible. Joe walked me through the facility in and out the best way possible. I recommend anyone to come to this location if you are looking to get yourself a storage. They take very good care of the customers from the moment you walk in and to the moment you walk out the facility.

Joe was very friendly, efficient, and professional. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. So far, so good!!

The only problem I had was with the code entering for each and every time you need to enter the premises you have to enter the code to get in. I understand it is a security thing, but when you are paying someone to take your items in it slows the process down and at $159.00 an hour it gets frustrating. I had a problem with the size room I rented and thank God I got there in enough time for the agent to get me a larger room closer to door 1 (which was not available at move in time). I forgot the agents name at 601 Mineral Spring Avenue in Pawtucket, but she was very professional and very accommodating. She even brought the new contract down to me when it printed out. She was a delight to work with for a change!!
