Unsure if this place has true management. The guy who claimed to be the manager had no answers. The store takes no accountability for their poor staffing and misinformation that is provided. When I asked for a corporate number I was given a number that no one answered days later I got a missed call from someone who I believe said they were a district manager or something. But truly someone needs to takes some serious control of this place. Also the “security” gate has been wide open for days now might be broken but they should have someone working on it quickly with the prices they charge.

Terrible. Bad customer service clueless management. Honestly if you really need to use them make sure it’s for under 4 months! After that they will increase the price upwards of 20% and the facility doesn’t give you access 24/7 to you things
