Worst experience ever!!!! High prices that consistently go up every 6 months even after you've been a loyal customer for 4 years. Also worst customer service. Only 1 person working and half the time is not in the office. Every time I went to pay the my bill I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for someone to unlock the door or keep driving back home and coming back later. I feel I should be compensated for all my time amd gas I used to drive back and forth 3 times a month but that will never happen because the owners are a bunch of low life millionaires that only care about themselves amd not their customers. Stay away from this place!!!! If I don't receive a check for $730 for all my time and gas I will be taking other 'actions' against these J.ws

Unprofessional, and greedy Management that works here. They had some one i know work 6 days week for 6 months straight not 1 day off during the week. Im glad i finally got her to move on to better things as she is much happier with a better pay. I would also def get Code Enforcement as this property HAS A Terrible gas leakage inside that they dont wanna fix that you can literally smell when you walk in. Also maybe even the Labor Board as they don't like paying people their overtime and Over working Workers 6 days a week and not giving any days off or alternatives. Would not work here, defff wouldn’t shop here try UHUAL

I've been renting for a few months now, and I just say. Weirdness be happening at this place. I don't know about the employees because I pay online and don't really deal with them. But the other renter's?. Holy crap! People are doing wheelies through the lot on any given day. People watch you when you enter your unit. What they watch for? Idk. This is the country and people are strange in the country. And Trump is president now. So, there's that. Good luck, America . Facilities are clean. People were nice the one time I went to the office.

The woman who is in the office is great. She is very knowledgeable to the facility

I’ve been a CB customer for a while now and have never had a problem. Highly recommended.
