Don’t even bother. You sign a contract with a specific amount for 6 months only for them to charge another amount the 2nd month and on in. When you try to get an explanation as to why- every person you talk to gives a different reason- and promises the next month will be correct and still fail to charge the correct price. Be careful of this establishment!!!

The only thing I didn’t like the fact that they fired Karla and she always nice and make everything work for anybody that need help but sense they fired her now this place been a mess with over charging people with the late fee cuz they wait until that late fee hit to call u I’m sorry $80.00 been place in ur account how u wanna pay for ? instead call u like Karla just to do a heads of time and you come to pay for ur unit and no one’s it’s at the office come on easy way of avoid this nonsense is adding a debit card ? in to the account ???‍♂️

I am very pleased so far I was able to do all the paperwork on line with a nice lady online and then I was able to get my unit without any problems I plan on visiting the office and returning the lock I didn't need next week I did speak with someone who works there and they said it was okay. The unit was very clean and easy to use thank you for a nice place.
