CubeSmart Self Storage

Absolutely awful customer service. I arrived yesterday at 3:00 pm to a sign on the door that no one in the office would be available until the next day. I then called to get a unit assigned. The system assigned me a unit with about 5 feet of snow piled in front. I called back to request a different unit & was informed the gentleman on the phone was unable to change the unit assignment.

He called the manager as well as the district manager to see if either could assist but neither either answered the phone or called back after he left a voicemail. Long story short of the three employees assigned to that physical location none of them were available to assist customers during regular business hours and the call center employees aren't all given the tools to assist appropriately. Complete waste of my time & an embarrassment of a company.

Jacob, who got me set was very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful!

Run from this company, they don't care about you, just your money and Yes they love to raise the rates every 9 months! Don't rent from them!????
