I have been here about six months and have had multiple bad experiences. The location is next to a pond or a flood plain of some kind and floods. There was a large crack in the foundation of my unit that appeared about 4 months in that was not there previously. They gave me a can of spray foam and basically had me fix it myself, because whomever works there couldn't access the crack and I did not want spray foam all over my belongings. The security system for the building also basically does not exist. The gate does not work, and you don't need a code. Basically the only thing shielding your stuff from the public is your unit lock. Now, they've randomly raised my rental fee significantly for absolutely no reason. I am actively looking for an alternative storage unit because this location does not care.
