It was an easy process and Lora was so polite and helpful. She went above and beyond. After I left, she noticed I didn’t lock it correctly. Knowing I was coming back with one more load she watched for me so she could show me the right way to lock it. The facility is clean and well lit.

I Don want to get pushy because my stuff is still there but the experience i have with them is all bad they charge me every month a lein fee of 120 dollars when i was sick but they Don't care i was only 1 month late and i was sending someone in last month with some money they said no we are charging you a lein fee so now they want to take it to auction so even with covid I'm going in to pay them my brother passed away unexpected at home and they didn't care about that either I'm still having trouble with it i found him i have pic i should post here so they can see what i saw the general manager isn't no help either she knows I'll be there well i guess i am sick or not oh and they raised there price over 40 dollars a month and charging almost 30 dollars for insurance what is that what does that insurance cover i want to know what the insurance covers i never seen a business run this way ever you know i have done business with storage king they are awesome and i did business with the other place up the street they are great to
