Multiple price increases per year. Security gate has been broken for over a year. Wayyyyyyyyyyyy too expensive for what you get.

Facilities are always spacious, clean, easy access, and affordable. Staff attention is excellent.

Mona was great!! I had to do everything over the phone/text, since I do not reside in CT. Mona was just fantastic answering all my questions and offering great customer service. I would say she went above and beyond.
The reason for my 4 star is not to do with Mona, she is definitely a 5 Star.
I did all my paperwork online and the online system did not have an option to upload my renters insurance declaration. I looked everywhere to find a way to opt out of that charge. I was disappointed to have to pay extra insurance. It would be great to have the option to load our insurance declarations and mot have to pay extra for something we already have. I hope Cubesmart will change this soon.

I wanted to update this because despite my rough experience last year the new GM Lora is phenomenal. Not only is she responsive to emails but she’s probably the most understanding of both financial hardship and disabilities. If Lora is an example of what Cubesmart actually holds their managers to then it actually makes sense why people trust cubesmart.
