Great facility and great service.

I moved into this property just two months ago, and I am already experiencing deceptive business practices. When I attempted to access my unit, I discovered that my monthly bill had increased to over $225, despite being explicitly promised a rate of $164 for the first six months. This sudden increase is completely unacceptable, as I signed my agreement under the assurance that my rate would remain fixed.

When I approached the office for clarification, River, the employee I spoke with, was completely unsympathetic and dismissive of my concerns. Not only did she fail to provide any reasonable explanation, but she also made it clear that she had no interest in addressing the fact that I was misled.

This company’s lack of integrity and customer service is appalling. They lure customers in with false promises and then raise prices without warning. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business and seek out a company that values honesty and customer satisfaction. A small, family-owned business would be far more trustworthy than this place.
