The Gales Ferry office is run by a terrific woman! 5 stars! She is super helpful, pleasant and patient!!! The reason for the 3 stars is for the storage facility itself 1star! The climate controlled storage is not true climate controlled! I was just at our unit to retrieve a few things when I noticed our mid century modern furniture had mildew on it!!! So much for paying a ton of money for an inside ' climate controlled ' unit!!!

Came on a Tuesday when the ladies weren't open but there working on the office. They were kind enough to open their doors and handle business. Handled everything with amazing attitudes. Thank you ladies!

Super easy and convenient. River was helpful every step of the way.
