Office staff were helpful, personable.

So far they are very friendly pp, the space is secure which I like I have an inside unit which I'm glad no rain or bad weather will bother my stuff and I was giving a lock for my storage which other places you have to buy your own lock and everything is digital once you sign on which I like alot

I came in a half hour to close and Candace was super helpful in helping me choose a storage unit, a lock and other packing materials. The location is also perfect for both the to and from moving.

Elizabeth was a great help in acquiring a storage unit at the Gales Ferry location. She was patient, knowledgeable and understanding as this was a storage unit for my employer. Also she kindly emailed my corporate contacts to help me get it rented all with a smile. Hopefully cube smart has a Manager position in her future. She deserves it!

The only problem I found they need to have available hand trucks for customers to help move the boxes we have single mothers,person with disabilities and pregnant women that can’t carry their own boxes price is good, app is good, facilities cleaned big dumpster and good customer service
