All went well but there was some mold after just a few days.

First month fees outrageous. Insurance fee high, should be optional. No lock or welcome kit in my unit. Apparently the gate is just open all the time and no onsite help

Difficult to ever find anyone working there as they downsized their staff. You have to drive 14 miles away to try and catch the person at the other facility.
The prices go up without regard to your having things stored. I had a 10x10 unit at $85 and without notice they raised the price to $128. I had to move to a half size unit at the old price of the larger one.
I found a family-owned place that locks in your price for as long as you are there and has staff on hand, they also have a dumpster for anyone to use, which was forbidden at the cube place....corporate greed at it's best!
Also if you miss your payment day by one day, they lock your unit and you have to pay an extra months payment as a penalty! My new family owned place gives you a five day grace period and three months before they take action if you are having financial difficulty!
