Constant rent increases with less services. No one on sight. Can only talk with someone over intercom at sight or phone. Guess their business model is to suck people dry till they leave and then find another person.
The plus side. Forced me to look at other alternatives. Example, Small cargo trailer will pay for its self in 8 months. Cost $75 to park in secure lot. If that goes up in rent, move trailer to another.

The place is very hassle free and clean units my only complaint is that there should be somebody in the office all the time

Horrible. Rent raised repeatedly without notice until it was more than twice what I was charged at beginning of term (about 2 years ago). No one answers phone at Mystic location.
