Review:
The associate agreed to a 9:30 AM time for 11/13/24; from our 4:00 PM phone call on 11/12/24. The associate went out of their way to contact the owner of the unit to thwart my auction win. The owner didn't inform me before I drove all the way down to their location at the agreed-upon time. I was the first customer to walk in the door, and yet the associate still didn't honor our agreement. Lots of things wrong with this.
