They increased my rent this year by $53.00!! that is outrageous. And I can’t even get in touch with the owner to speak with them. The office help (Mike) was great.He helped me out tremendously. It’s just the way that they do business by increasing the rent yearly. Unaffordable. I feel relieved not having to pay a $288 month storage.

Personnel on premise is very helpful, convenient location, easy in and out and clean secure facility. Only reason for 4 stars is personal, its more than I can really afford with out cutting something.

Customer service is great, I didn't have to go purchase a lock as I had to in the past.
