Not only did the young lady with box braids greet me so graciously while I was unpacking my things today, She also literally gave me a run through of how to operate the lift. her coworker was also very pleasant.I was very impressed. She’s going to go far!

Shayla was very professional and provided exemplary service during my initial visit. Ethan was helpful in getting me registered.
Move in was relatively easy although the wheels on the carts need replacing and the lighting in the building leaves a lot to be desired. Hallways and stairwells are dimly lit and units have no lights at all.
