She provided me exceptional service. I went to her again and again for help, and she served me every time in an informed and kind manner. From my initial inquiry about their services to the final move-in into the storage unit, she was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and patient. She accommodated me throughout the whole process while being a consummate professional, thus rendering my experience very positive.
