The sales person Shayla was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything, including how to go online to retrieve billing info and how to access the unit.

Used Cubesmart during summer for College Storage. The last week of August, my daughter stopped in the office multiple times and no one was available to close account. She waited in the office on the last day of the month, called multiple times, I called, I emailed and never received a call back. Days later they replied to an email and charged me for the entire month of September despite their lack of accessibility.

Shayla helped us secure exactly what we needed. We greatly appreciate her knowledge and advice. We explained our needs and she made recommendations. Her recommendations mirrored our needs and thoughts.

Layout of the facility is excellent; storage rooms on the second floor are easy to access with the smoothly operating lift. Common areas are very clean and well-maintained. On-site Manager Shayla treats new and returning customers courteously and helpfully, setting up accounts and storage units, or taking care of any concerns, smoothly and efficiently. This is the best self-store facility I have ever used.
