The staff go above and beyond to provide a positive experience. The facility is always clean and easy to access. Katherine and Doug were always helpful and personable. Doug is very efficient, oftentimes went the extra mile to be helpful and is an excellent communicator, making everything easier for the customer.

We stored my parents' belongings here for 10 years and have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and support and professionalism of the manager. We live in California and knowing my family heirlooms and papers were safe and secure at CubeSmart in Ridgefield gave us great peace of mind.

We have utilized this facility for several years. It is clean, very well maintained and staff is wonderful. Doug is especially helpful in facilitating our needs.
