CubeSmart Self Storage

Doug at CubeSmart self storage on Branchville Road in Ridgefield, Connecticut could not have been nicer, more professional, more informative, and easy to work with! Honestly, I was kind of dreading the whole experience of finding a storage unit and figuring out what I needed to know. He made it all so easy! If I were still running a company, I would hire him in a minute!

This storage facility provided a clean, safe place to store our possession's. We rented three large units and used the facility for 10 years. So, that says something, right? Please read on!

Since CubeSmart purchased the facility from the original owner our rates increased massively with several increases in a short period. We asked for some pricing relief from the local office and even called the main CubeSmart office. No luck from either. If CubeSmart tells you to call them to discuss it, well… don’t be disappointed —- you won’t get any relief,

We no longer rent space with CubeSmart nor will we ever again
