This is an evil company with evil practices of overcharging existing customers in favor of new customers.

I have been renting here for 10 years. Things were great with the previous owners, but the cost went from $240 to $477 per month in short order when CubeSmart took over. I also get less than I did with the previous owners who kept the place well-maintained.

Now, the snow is not shoveled, making access very difficult and treacherous all winter long. The management doesn't care.

Increases are understandable. Greed is not.

Doug and Katherine helped me with a seamless transaction. Doug had actually toured me at another location and was very thorough with his tour and transparent with pricing. He asked thoughtful questions to help me identify the best unit and location.

Very efficient, but didn’t appreciate the price increase

Very easy online application. I reserved a unit and within an hour was able to access it. Helpful and friendly staff.

People are Very nice here.at the location......
But the prices have gone up so high since I've been renting there...3 price hikes in 1 year ...Very scary...Not good.Corporate run!!!!.My unit is Small..has no temp control..Very Hot and Rodent boxes?
